Which phones do you fit?
Aero, Ridge, and Trail fit iPhone 13 mini, 13, 13 Pro, and 13 Pro Max; iPhone 14, 14 Plus, 14 Pro, and 14 Pro Max; iPhone 15, 15 Plus, 15 Pro, and 15 Pro Max; iPhone 16, 16 Plus, 16 Pro, and 16 Pro Max; iPhone 17, Air, 17 Pro, and 17 Pro Max; and Galaxy S22, S22+, S22 Ultra, S23, S23+, S23 Ultra, S24, S24+, S24 Ultra, S25, S25+, S25 Ultra, S26, S26+, and S26 Ultra. Lumen fits iPhone 14 and newer from that iPhone list only. No Galaxy, and no iPhone 13.
How do I pick my phone model?
On the product page, before you pay. The colour and phone you pick there are the ones on the order. Confirm the model matches the phone you own.
How long does delivery take?
Printed to order in the US. Ships in 2–5 business days, then about 3–4 business days in transit. That is about 5–9 business days in total. Tracking is emailed once a case ships.
How much is shipping?
$4.95 flat, per order, to US addresses.
Do you ship outside the US?
Not right now.
Is sales tax included?
Any applicable sales tax is shown at checkout.
Does wireless charging work through the case?
Yes. Every case works with wireless charging. Lumen also has MagSafe built in.
Does Lumen fit iPhone 13 or Galaxy?
No. Lumen fits iPhone 14 and newer only.
What if my case arrives damaged or misprinted?
We replace it. Email a photo to hello@scrollcore.ca within 30 days of delivery.
What is your return policy?
30 days, unused and in original condition. Email hello@scrollcore.ca to start a return.
Can I order more than one case?
Yes. Choose a quantity from 1 to 5 on the product page.
